Niti Aayog sets up task forces for achieving policy certainty in contract enforcement, dispute resolution

Government has set up two high-level task forces, one under NITI Aayog vice chairman Rajiv Kumar and the other under its CEO Amitabh Kant to lay a roadmap for enforcement of contracts and conciliation mechanism respectively, a move aimed at fast tracking infrastructure development in the country and reducing the disputes over contracts.
